  Have more than 10 minutes of source footage?
  Upload a new order and put it in the notes that it goes with earlier footage. We can combine orders into a longer video.

  HOW DO I GET MY VIDEO?
  When your editor finishes your video, she uploads it to your app. You'll get an email letting you know you can go into the app and download it.
  
  ANY OTHER WAYS I CAN GET MY VIDEO?
  In addition to downloads, which are always included, you can also purchase a hardback or softback video book, which plays like a musical greeting card, but thicker, and with a video screen. A perfect keepsake!

  Awesome sauce! Yes! If you have 10 hours or more of source footage, we can arrange a special upload link or mail-in hard drive. Our rates are $39 for up to 10 minutes of source footage, then 6 cents per second you upload beyond that. Just email us your request at hello@reelyfilms.com or use the Contact form.

  BUT MY VIDEOS ARE ALL DISORGANIZED! CAN YOU ORGANIZE THEM?

  Usually, YES! We have specialized software that can pull the data off almost any file, which typically includes the date. We then organize by date.
  
  I DO NOT HAVE AN APPLE DEVICE
  If you have over two hours of footage, we will arrange a special upload link for Android or your computer. Our rates are $39 for up to 10 minutes of source footage, then 6 cents per second you upload beyond that. Just email us your request.

  WILL MY VIDEO BE HORIZONTAL OR VERTICAL?

  Whichever is the orientation that is most prevalent in your upload is what we’ll use. Some cropping may be involved, or some space around the edges, depending on the video.

All our professional editors work on-demand and are based in the United States. They can offer their talent to your project at an affordable price because Reely projects are short and on-demand.
