Can I upload videos to your website through my computer?

You must upload your clips via our app, Reely, available on the App Store. If you can get your video clips into your Camera Roll on your iPhone or iPad, then you can upload them into our app!

What if I have a video clip that’s longer than 10 minutes?

Ten minutes is the maximum amount of total time for clips uploaded to the app, so you’ll have to break it up into smaller chunks and upload the parts you want to include.

Can I upload photos?

Reely is just for videos. We do not include photos.

Can I upload more than 10 minutes of clips?

Sure! Create a new order and tell us in the notes it goes with another order. If you ask, we can make one big project from multiple orders.

Can I tell you what song I want to use?

You can! You can tell us, and we’ll try to find something similar in spirit. We choose music from our expertly-curated library of beautiful music licensed specifically to Reely Films. We can’t take requests for specific songs, though, due to licensing restrictions.

What if I have a specific request about, say, making sure certain parts of a video are included?

Easy! Just tell your editor directly in the notes when you order.

If I find a clip I forgot to include, can I send it, too?

Once your order is submitted, the clips included cannot be changed. But you can start a new project. If you did something accidental like choose the wrong clip, just email us with your order number, the clip you want to substitute, and we can take care of it. hello@reelyfilms.com

Who is my editor?

Our editors are carefully trained, screened, and vetted. Our editors are professional or devoted hobbyist filmmaker/photographers, working from home.

Once I upload my clips, where do they go?

Your clips are stored on our secure server, and deleted after you accept and download your final film.

Is it OK to share my film on social media?

Yes! And if you love it, tag us on Instagram at #reelyfilms. We’ll be sharing all our favorites @reelyfilms

How do I become an editor?

While we do provide some training specific to our app and website, you will need to already know how to edit. We recommend training from Everyday Film School. People who earn straight 5’s on their final project evaluation for the intro class are automatically accepted as editors.

What is your Love It Guarantee?

We guarantee you’ll love your Reely Reels. But just in case you’re not totally happy, respond to your order confirmation email with any changes you’d like to see. We’ll make those changes and return it to you within 7 days. If you’re still not happy, you will be refunded. Limit one round of revisions and one refund per project. Offer only valid 30 days from the day revised version is sent to you.
